I’m a Vice President at Hanna Commercial Real Estate. I work from the Cleveland office. Most days that means industrial buildings and development land in Northeast Ohio.

Hanna is the firm. I publish here when I have something useful to say and I don’t want to wait on a corporate web change. Listings and the rest of the team stay on hannacre.com.
I came up through Hanna as a sales associate and was named VP in 2023. Before brokerage I worked in Cleveland in operations and banking. I live here. I’m not calling from another city.
I spend the most time on functional industrial — mid-size buildings a user can occupy — and land that can probably get entitled, get power, and take a truck.
How I work
Short answers. If a building is tired in a way that matters, I’ll say so. If a land site is going to die on wetlands or municipal timing, that comes up before we waste a month on price.
